Quick facts:

• An accountant by profession, Grace began her career as a Corporate Finance consultant
• Determined to conquer her stage fright, she became a lecturer at a prestigious university
• Grace subsequently put her career on hold to put her kids first
• Shortly after, her husband’s work required that she relocate with her family to Netherlands where she befriended Maybelle
• Not one to be idle, Grace kick-started a few home-based businesses whilst caring for her three munchkins
• She is a Dr. Sears Certified Health Coach and has authored multiple recipe books, including one with allergen-free recipes
• Grace also holds a LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt and has experience in factory production, waste elimination and quality control
• After numerous chats about all things baby, Grace and Maybelle decided to bring Bare Nuhcessities into fruition in Malaysia
• When not working, Grace loves to cook up a storm and host parties with family and friends

Quick facts:

• Maybelle is an Australian lawyer by education, who then returned to Malaysia and became a management consultant
• She relocated to Netherlands for the sake of love and that’s where she met Grace
• Inspired by the culture of simplicity, being in touch with nature and a focus on the basics, she decided to team up with Grace to create their other love, Bare Nuhcessities
• Maybelle now resides in Singapore with her husband and little one
• She heads the Asia Pacific market entry for a Medical Technology start-up and splits her time for this business and her family
• Any chance she gets, she travels for food and sightsees between meals

Quick facts:

• Professionally trained in Accounting & Finance and with a passion for technology, Mervyn has over ten years’ experience in the MICE industry under his belt
• He brings with him a diverse set of skills which complements our business and is an absolute asset during our Bare Nuhcessities events
• Mervyn is based in PJ with his wife and two girls
• He loves scuba diving and has been a Qualified PADI Divemaster since 2010

Quick facts:

• Michelle spent eight years as an auditor in a Big Four accounting firm before becoming a stay-at-home mum
• In a bid to fill her time while playing house with her husband and two kids, she eventually started a craft business, specialising in custom cross-stitch portraits and designs
• Michelle came onboard to oversee the accounting matters and occasionally gets looped in to help with the copywriting
• To unwind, she loves to curl up in bed with a good book

Quick facts:

• A law graduate, Shu spent eight years running her family business in the retail healthcare industry as a start-up founder with experience in business development, marketing & sales, manufacturing operations and customer relationships
• She has a strong passion in creative design, with her main focus in UI/UX and front-end web development and she got to follow her passion when she became a stay-at-home mum
• Shu joined our team in 2018 to develop the website and followed through to the launch of the online e-commerce store
• She currently assists on website-related updates and features and exercises her creativity to create marketing materials for our promotion campaigns
• Shu is based in Penang with her husband and two boys
• She now enjoys cross-stitching in her spare time, thanks to Michelle's influence ;)
